There is nothing illegal bout shorting and covering...true, but if the same HF´s created the short attack, that is illegal. Did the HF´s somehow get a fool place the article for a lot of cash, clearing all traces to themselves? There must be a link to PS AND SA than, ensuring the article would be published, or SA is funded by one or both of these HF´s....
Lot of shorters on MB´s werent real last months...told on Yahoo too. Especially someone (Lillydogagent) made accurate predictions on the PS drop(50%) a week prior to it..."warning" us all AND the drop to under 3 prior to the Stockplacement. Some MB attendees must have known...wonder if someone is willing to play a whistleblowers role...
Who pumped it to 9? I guess a mixture of legit retailbuyers and someone else. What especially drew my attention was that the stock jumped reasonably after PR´s in sept and okt a few days...to stabilise 1 or 2 days, only to spike up big time again with NO extra news on APDN whatsoever. It did this after initial gain from 3.50 to 4.30 (it got stuck on 4.30 that day)...it went beserk the days after to above 6.60 something...dropped some and again to 6.60....After that it dropped to 4.70 to jump again on PR to high 6....and again with no news accompanying it, the stock went from there to 9 TWICE, without news. So the rise was partly legit, and partly not to be explained otherwise than assuming bad intention pump.
Puzzling on APDN´s statement bout identifying 2 suspects. Did they? Then somehow it needs followup. This is till now the most crazy (and still very promising) stockstory I encountered.
