You can bet a public company set up as a non-filer (to the SEC) is set up that way for one reason - to screw investors. That should be the first clue, and really all you need......

Many on this board knew very early on that DSUS was a scam, and now it is just a matter of finding out which of the eminent BOD members are intimately involved, and which are just unfortunate stooges.
