AG...Dr. Hayward is a great scientist and a (so far) decent CEO. It takes a long time to understand markets and the way they work. One can't be everything. Also, there is no way he could know what the current position of the HF's were. And it would behoove him not to ask.

The Company, IMO, became a legitimate company when the reverse split the stock last year. There are zero (half-way) legitimate investment banks that will get on board with a company that has over a billion shares out and is trading for 5 or 10 cents. Most of the business that Maxim does is with early stage, no-revenue companies. ADPN is becoming more and more legit every day. I'd bet this is the last involvement with Maxim.
