I think a partnership would be on even ground.

Our financing shouldn't affect any partnership deal as we have something a partner would need and they have something beneficial to us.

We may give them better terms because of our financing, but I think DM is going to be there, either way, so it's not as if we would give them something similar to what DM has.

Either way, I think DM is still in this thing when it is all said and done. I do believe they will find someone to help share risk through a refi, but it won't be for 100% of what is owed to DM.
