this is very plausible story, but why the CEO agreed to this deal at $3.49 and gave an easy out to the same people who crashed his stock? this is when having few institutional holders with 5%-10% stake would help because they would chase such CEO out of the building very next morning and his dumb ass would never be seen around this company again...
