Applied Minerals, Inc. is not incorporated in either Montana or Missouri (where Burney hails from). It must be incorporated somewhere, but where? There is another Applied Minerals, Inc. that appears to be unrelated, in the clay business. Or maybe not unrelated?

In any case, I am not sure what to make of a business partnership between a director of USPR and a consultant who is supposed to be independent. It is a bit cozy, but not sure it is inappropriate or illegal. Now, if it were a partnership with actual management, that would be different.....
