Jeremy Foti is Advantis Corp’s President and Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors effective on July 1st 2015. Mr. Foti brings more than 20 years of relevant business experience to his new role. As a career serial entrepreneur Mr. Foti previously served as President of several start up businesses and turning those businesses into multi-million dollar businesses including one with more than 100 million in annual gross revenue. Mr. Foti replaces Advantis Corp’s interim President and CEO that has held those positions since Feb 20th 2015. The board of director’s welcome Mr. Foti’s business experience and leadership to the Advantis Corp community. In his new role as chief executive, he will be responsible for delivering new products, updated 2015 guidance, improving gross margins, and most importantly bring in new ancillary products to build the company to profitable growth. His results-oriented approach and ability to think strategically and play a pivotal role in extending our track record of innovation, while helping us grow profitability. Mr. Foti has experience in leading and transitioning companies to make them leaders within their industries. Mr. Foti served as President of Americor Lending Group growing it to over 100 million is gross sales. After moving on from Americor Lending he founded DND Consulting and has assisted companies in meeting and exceeding business and revenue goals in many different industries including Mortgage Lending, Legal, Finance, restaurants, and marketing. Earlier in his career, Mr. Foti was established enough to grow his mortgage company from 4 employees to over 200 employees in a 4 year period.

As an attorney with several degrees, Mr. Broderick is admitted to practice in multiple states and has had a substantive career both as a part of and beyond the legal profession. Becoming a commissioned officer in the Army National Guard and graduating from Officer Candidate School with honors, Mr. Broderick has valuable leadership skills. Over the years, he has used his expertise to successfully lead several companies, organizations, and firms through all stages of their transitional development. As a pioneer in the legal realm, Mr. Broderick has had extensive employment and entrepreneurial experience surrounding the legal aspects of many industries, including complex tort litigation, real estate, natural foods, cosmetics, consumer and commercial debt, consumer healthcare, consumer manufacturing, litigation, immigration, entertainment, and the global pet food industry. Intertwined with his attorney skills, he has extensive experience with the legal requirements of all levels of marketing from manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution, to retail. Mr. Broderick has founded several companies and has been the CEO, the COO, the VP, the President, and on the Board of Directors for many organizations, including Natural World Interactions, which worked in conjunction with the National Wildlife Federation—the largest wildlife organization on the planet. Alongside his legal experience and professional proficiencies, Mr. Broderick is also academically well-accomplished. He graduated from the University of Connecticut with Degrees in Business Administration, Marketing, and Business Law. He attained a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in International Business from Long Island University. He earned his Juris Doctorate (JD) from the University of La Verne, College of Law.
