You are correct TMMI initiated the lawsuit,and for that I am grateful....
I guess some shareholders are happy and some are sad...

30 Years;not really!!.
Now the past investments from the 90s,well invested monies and your point is????.

Maybe 5 years now with the new management, so that's not to bad, right, for a new team, a new company and a new beginning????.

The 2/5 minutes from this year, shows the real truth about what was and what has been....
And WHO really was delaying this case;))))
TMMI was only playing the game of law but, you knew that right????.

Larry Panik does not need to settled and besides I think that ship has sailed....
But he does need to answer to his investors and that will be coming soon....
