Thank you for acknowledging your image showed just the first page of the earliest of two separate and required Service files. The 30 and 60 day requirements for the Answer to the Service of Summons begins after the Service Process is complete and acknowledged by the Servicer. The service process has strict technical requirements. No one can choose to serve just one Party and be compliant.

For the record, page two of your image shows the date Service was acknowledged on both of the official court forms.
