Its already nearly three years since TMMs newest waste of time and money suing a real company. Beyond that TMM can claim 30 years of wasted time and money.

Yes HP added a high profile attack attorney for their case against TMM. Somehow I doubt they did that for reasons TMM will be happy about.

Why should Panik settle? Somehow they continue to add patents, products, customers and chug along and will likely own TMM and everything its principals own in about 6 months. Looks like a good time to be Dr Panik to me. LOL
