If he posted the second page of ROA #6 you would see the signature date proving the Service on both entities was complete on October 13.



That's when they (the service company) filed their affidavit, service date is still 9/30 for MYEC and 10/06 for Ed. That is a FACT no matter how confusing someone tries to make it

Service must happen on both parties.



For a default on both parties yes, but a default is entered by defendant. Example, if Ed was never served, but MYEC was, a default could still have been entered on MYEC. This is why the ROA shows two separate entries for default be defendant.
