Individuals who loan the venture money are dumping stock created well below the market price .06 per share or lower and the shares come in 5 million share blocks. A short time after these shares are distributed PR's come out making outrageous claims about future product orders which according to the 10Q's have NEVER come true EVER in the ventures 10 plus years of operation.

The annual report and 10Q highlight these shares created to pay back debt holders. Are these individuals considered insiders? I've never seen any records of their stock sales so it's untraceable!

One of the questions posed to the SEC in the complaint was how can the same Individuals loan money to such a high risk venture that spends a million dollars per year and according to the 10Q's NEVER comes close to making a profit and 100 percent of the time these investors make all of their investment back plus double or triple their investment because of carefully worded PR campaigns that support the stock once these below market shares are handed out and the share sales are untraceable to the general public.

The response was a classic pump and dump and that they would get to the bottom of it.

So are they twisting things?

Maybe since you are such an expert you could look into that for all the posters on this board and show the specific dates these individuals sold their shares?
