As you probably know, it's only in the terminology.

This is a " Public" company, isn't it?

In reality, it's more like a private company, since the SEC allows a CEO to treat it in such a fashion.

Malfeasance, embezzlement, impropriety are all things that aren't enforced in this non-market trading platform so it runs rampant in companies like IFUS.

And so long as traders believe they can make money along with the CEO, it's just all fine and dandy.

You can lead a horse to water. But you can't make him get down on one knee and do an Al Jolson impression!
