JD if you look at all the liabilities- all 2.3 million owed- you will see numerous notes from the top three folks running things. That's one way. The other way they can is to sell shares which they have continued to do. Note the share count increase.
So if you were the top guys how would you get your investment back?
I have seen a move like this before where some executives did a pump and dump of another company they were involved with, but got caught and for some reason only got a large fine instead of jail. It was the Packetport case I believe and the XDSL executive Ron Durando (a master con man) was involved with. I have followed his escapdes for over 20 years. Amazing criminal and yet the SEC allows it to continue.
