HaHa. But you missed the point entirely:

The IOU's that Q has are NOT receivables, they are payables. The "I" in IOU is Q. Q is in debt, and has negative assets.

Unless you specialize in buying debt, with the intent of selling worthless shares to the gullible, Q has NO value whatsoever.
