I am grateful for that PR where it presented a little window of opportunity for me to re-dump my 1's I picked up weeks ago. I lost commissions but after looking at everything, I felt it was better to exit my position here and dump my many millions and keep it in watch. I am not sure if this see's 3s consistently in 2016 with this SS.

Close to 40 Billion is astronomical for a penny stock, imo.
