I agree. Settlements are intricate part of our judicial system. Over 95% of all cases are settled outside court bc our judicial system is not equipped to handle the large number of cases that comes before it and dispose via full trial. Most cases are settled to save unnecessary legal expenses and delays, not because guilt. Similarly in this case with Schreiber, he did what's best for him weighing these factors and taking them into considerations. The Case has been settled and the agreed fine has been paid. Move on, there is nothing more to see here!
