The point is that Co isnt hyping its own stock, or Co isnt telling us things, from which i think that it would be important to know.

CO got 400k$ Seed funding by 60 Accredit Investor's, alone that fact is that big, it would be very easy to " hype" its own stock with that, but CO didn't. Co only issues Prs/ Fillings after the SEC rules it seems, when no must, than no PR. = this only shows that Co isn't a p/d CO. sure good!

But alone the Fact that CO got 60 Accredited Investor's on board, would be one big News in any pink CO. Anyway

Next point is, we are talking about Capital Intake, several proves that CO is searching for it, after Seed funding, next big Intake could come from Venture Capital, the amount is now not important, but those Investor's will get a stake in any CO where those Banks/ VC Groups going to Invest. Mostly the stake is between 25%-30%, again its not the amount what is important now, but the stake.

because that TTCM reflects its Control and Voting rights via its Common Share Structure, CO would need to issue equal to the Stake what this groups will get, new restricted common shares, by assuming its 25% stake, CO would need to issue 1B restricted common shares ( or pref shares with its reserved Common shares)

So, if Co will get funded by 3rd, than those 3rd will get a stake of CO and if the stake is 25%, than it would be 1B..

Also here, CO did not hyped its stock with that, they could easy say, that those 1B shares, equal to 25% owning, will or could be given to possible capital Investor's.

Next is the amount of funding, if those groups giving 250M$ funding and getting in return 25% owning, would make this CO already worth 1B$.

Next point would be, Venture Capital looking for 10X-100X ROI, would mean by just 10 ROI= 10B$ Market Value, by 100 ROI, 100B Market Value.

* by assuming that 100M Preferred shares are still the same shares that were based on 2.5$. 100M X 2.5$= 250M$ and when 100M Prefshares are equal to 1B common shares.
