I guess those billionaires backing Auryn are too savvy for the BOD. True to form, they don't want to lose any of their own money which means that the shareholders are on the hook. They didn't become billionaires by gambling on turds like MDMN, they became billionaires by dealing shrewdly with legitimate businesses and recognizing con men when they see them. I'm guessing, Auryn saw Les, Greg, JJ, and Claro coming a mile off and postured this deal to ensure there was no way they were going to be screwed by these two-bit shysters.
