There's no question they're bankrupt from an accounting standpoint. Liabilities exceed assets by a huge amount. They have not filed for bankruptcy, because with no way of paying off debt and their need to keep toxic debt coming in, no one would benefit.

And yes, they have a LOT of company on the OTC as most are toxic funded companies with liabilities in excess of assets and no means of repaying their debts.
That doesn't mean it's a good thing, or that PNOW will be able to mount another successful pump and dump. It certainly appears they won't.
