Encounter Technologies Inc went dark in 2011 with 4.3 million or so in assets...

Thomas issued 15 billion it would appear encounter development technologies Inc shares with a name change

Then Encounter restricted name change..

Seems the SS is still convoluted ???

I guess 1.469 billion needs to be bought out...sorry best I can do...

Not sure how you get 240 certs out though???
