SEC: Schreiber paid bribes, for $10.7 Million commissions, in exchange for "at least $312,000". (In case anyone missed it earlier)
And if you actually read the SEC documents, you will see that Schreiber took $10.7 Million, far different than "he took some plane tickets". You can buy a lot of plane tickets for $10.7 Million. !!

One of many links and articles:
https://www.sec.gov/litigation/litreleases/2009/lr20948.htm

Settlement:
SEC and FINRA documents showing they found against Schreiber, and severely penalized him and his company.

Ordered to:
- Return $10.7 million Ill-Gotten gains
- Pay $350,000 fines plus interest
- Independent oversight to make sure he follows the law
- $30,000+ other fines for other mis-deeds.
