A CEO who admitted 2 counts of grand theft to a Florida court, admitted to pretending to be a friend of his own using an alias on a chat board to lure investors into buying billions of shares that were being diluted, caught red handed on dozens of now proven lies, scores of promises of gold sales, video's, documents, pics to be posted in the last year and a half and never done. Dozens of start ups started by Joel and his partners in the past ten years which none of still exist. Another Gold scam using his address as a refinery office, Audited financials promised several times and never delivered and a now a visit from officials from the SEC versus a poster/s with knowledge of mining (which Joel has zero experience). Common sense answer there......unless your tickle fighters who make continuous excuses for him and support the scam of a proven thief and conman.
