To my point, and refuse to pay for premium so no PM, yes there is reason for them to run it ahead of handing out a chit ton of more shares before EOY. These guys have shares and want to sell before they are forced to hand out more to people who could crash the market with them and give you the downward pressure you fear. All 3rd party and CEO shares are freely tradable shares. BUT, no dumping....hmmm..... And does anyone think they would RS themselves out of millions of shares before running the stock? Not a matter of if, but when IMO. And at these prices, solid load zone given the lack of volume and dilution after so long of wait to hear from company.
