now i'm going to make some predictions ...

with the resource numbers, uspr will be able to establish financing ...
signing the deal with the investment banker tells me this should happen soon ...

this financing should pay for:

1) the elimination of convertible debt - freeing up the pps to reach its actual potential based on resources

2) additional drilling to establish additional resources

3) possibly begin some small mining operations to raise revenues to produce additional future capital - POSSIBLY WITH A JV PARTNER

and inevitably, once the environmental impact study is completed, uspr could possibly produce a feasibility study - and have proven reserves

mexico is very favorable to mining operations ... low mining costs ... and favorable govt support for mining operations (some of the most profitable gold mining operations are in mexico) (mexico is/was the world's leading silver producer) - WITHOUT A FEASIBILITY STUDY, WE CAN'T BE 100% CERTAIN OF PROFITABILITY - but i have no doubt this property will one day be mined ....
