ot: I can't help but feel we were on a better path with Phil.. ie: the "ONE DOT SIX CORP" being moved from DE to NV ... I think that was a pretty good tell on the intentions of zap? although admittedly I'm guessing......

what if hrg sells all compass assets? sells frontst? then what is left for this shell?

maybe they can sell it to Phil?

sorry.. was bored and felt like ranting...............
