Well LTO, I remember that in one of Wang biographies it mentioned that when he was young he was connected politically and I must assume that he must have decided to resolve his financial situation with the American shareholders by going back to his roots. I remember Doug mentioning many months ago that Wang was following the advice of local Chinese advisors and slowly began to feel disgusted with the American business system/SEC regulations and stopped communicating with Doug, Tse and the rest and I imagine he felt confident that he could get away with his criminal actions against the shareholders. His new buddies in Kunming must be telling him to stick with them and nobody can touch him simply because nobody is going to spend good US dollars to initiate legal action on behalf of the shareholders, knowing that the courts in China are not as efficient as a US court when it comes to corporate and shareholders actions against a Chinese located company.

I also have a strange feeling that most of the unit holders of many years ago most have sold all their shares a long time ago probably when the stock went down, or at the latest when it was selling at about 15-20 cents. All of them took their losses and offset them against any big profit they made on Facebook, Google,Apple, etc...LOL....
