And it's not even tax loss selling time

Every day the sp drops the 50M share shelf registration loses value and the likelihood of equity financing evaporates. I can't see how debt financing is even an option when they can't even make payments on the interest. Maybe DMRJ is the only game and the best game in town, more free money for ISC at our expense.
