They have big contracts and IP.

Lenders will consider what other assets you have.

And, there are specialty lenders for businesses in this situation. They realize that businesses need capital to scale and that the payback for investing can be big when you make the right bets.

I believe IMSC leadership will get a refi done.

I just hope they do it quickly, like before the end of Dec.
