Need some guidance. TRTC has been accused of false promotional activity by a poster , but I found an article where FINRA warns all investors about said promotions. It appears scam artists were targeting Marijuana stocks and now the companies themselves are being targeted as the promoter, when in reality InterVcap LLC actually paid 150,000 for the promotions regarding TRTC.
This occurred back in 2012/2013 and I can find no sanctions against the company. I would have thought by now, if TRTC was guilty, the SEC would have done something.

"Terra Tech, an Irvine, Calif.-based company focused on urban and hydroponic agriculture, has been the subject of at least 11 different paid stock promotions going back to October 2012. That includes a promotion paid for by InterVcap LLC, which totaled $150,000. Terra Tech shares, which trade over the counter under the symbol TRTC, closed at almost 8 cents on Aug. 21, implying a market cap of $6.86 million "

It appears a third party is involved , not TRTC. I see where FINRA can fine companies and no action was taken .

I would have thought this would have been discussed back in 2013.
