In light of this latest move in South America, it is a move you would not make if you had a buyer who would want to cut his own deals, it now looking to me that they may not have been able to attract a buyer or the EPA is spinning them again, and Marshall has decided to apply his vast inexperience in a despiration move to market ASure worldwide himself.
If that is the case, we're doomed.
