Really does not matter how many.

Except in how it may effect the interim investor activities. I envision a lot of retailers might hold off doing anything, but for selling maybe, out of fear of the outcome and/or fear of distraction of management and expenditure of critical monies caused by these headlines and the lawsuit(s).
