No, the EMA did that as part of the normal process when this happens. Please review other ODD processes from business name changes and other changes when one business runs out of the money or goes out of business. Same process happens when a new company takes over. In the business world it's called "Business as usual".

PMCB has ODD with the EMA and FDA and no other wording, verbiage or wishing they didn't will change that. Congratulations PMCB.
