Why don't you explain how CEO Salas of COR with "his buddies at Beaufort" carefully crafted, and "pulled the strings on this scam" so as to assure that his company (COR) would be screwed out of -$4M???
How about trying this conspiracy spin: The scam was really designed to give COR a basis for an impairment charge . CEO Salas gets a bonus for having thought of setting up his company to be defrauded, by a microcrap scam.
For completeness sake, we have to find a way to work in that Salas blackmailed "The Adams" of CRGP into defrauding his company. One has poor innocent CRGP management merely content to pile dump shares into the market. Forced against their wills by the evil Salas (& buddies) to defraud COR, and disappear into the Mexican mist with the loot. Poor innocents.
