From what I gather Joel and the board are still conducting business as usual and with the help of Melissa Rice are trying to go under a new company and walk away from this mess. As I said before they will be held accountable for their actions and they will not just get to walk away from this with no scrapes. I have talked to two other people and one I know is getting an attorney along with myself. I think there are some others that are helping Melissa pulls strings too. This will all come out and the board will be held accountable. I would not want to be in Joel's shoes right now or even Melissa for that matter.
