If EcoNavigation didn't present P2O with several promising opportunities shortly afterward agreeing to buy six, would EcoNav have a processor up and running by now?
Or if the multiple, complex negotiations for the potential sale and implementation of P2O processors with several end-users and organizations did not come shortly after EcoNav signed the deal, would a processor be operational now?
Or if the third opportunity for a processor sale in the northern states(which 7 months ago was very close to completion) didn't happen would EcoNav have a processor operational by now?
