The Pink Sheets, where PTOI currently resides, prior to its relegation to the Grey Sheets (some time during 2016, I estimate) is, of course, not an exchange, and therefore the whole topic is moot in relation to this stock.

It's also true that the PTC Markets are not any kind of "Dark Pool", much as Bordynuik, Heddle and their crooked promoters would like their marks to believe it is.
