They had good lawyers, or didn't need one. They all won their cases against UPZS. They got Judgements against UPZS, They could not execute the judgements as UPZS has NOTHING! These were their employees and venders and landlords, etc. UPZS are pretty low life's really.

As for the Salsa Revenue... Once they put the expenses against it, it will be a looser. Slim chance you will ever see it sell in stores. Last night while shopping at Trader Joe's I picked up similar salsa for 1.99 to 2.69! They sell it for fundraisers for 6.00 UPZS get 3.00 I doubt they make hardly anything on the jars. Of course they never disclose anything.
Why would the Salsa guy mike sell a profitable company for restricted shares in a worthless company if things were good?

If he was making money, he would keep the company or sell it for cash deal! If he felt UPZS was going to be big, he could use some of the money to buy shares for .0025 that are not restricted!

I can buy cars at my business for 6,000 and sell them for 5,000 and show revenue! Revenue and profit are not the same thing!
