I'm surprised that there are no buyers ahead of any EPA decision.
The odds are very much in favor of a positive outcome for EPA (not necessarily today, however)
yet the volume is extremely low this week and last week.
EPA alone will not propel the stock unless a bilateral announcement of contracts hinging on the EPA outcome.
Perhaps more waiting will be required, but if you liked the stock price when it was .12, .13, .14.......
then you should like it RIGHT NOW.
