This always amazed me:

A declaration of a dividend using a Preferred C, that was specifically designed for the “nice” shareholders, causing a discriminatory situation. The Board has also discovered that prior management with the help of the consultant sold these shares to business associates.

That doesn't sound like a scam, does it? They forgot to mention the IR forum where the consultants were allowed to block access to current investors of PVEC and then talk smack about them. You know who the sub's are when they would stand up for this insane business model and then each and every one of them did a 180 when the company said they did not have to honor them. You know the Clown Brigade will be changing their screen names cause they have been proven to be con-artists. Burn baby, Burn!!!
