Thank you for writing.

I would like to reiterate that since August of 2015, we have no more convertible debt hence the possibility of further dilution is 100% not possible. We have stated this quiet clearly in our last 10Q filing to the SEC and may I remind you that it is a criminal offense to misstate or not be truthful in an SEC filing. Our float has been approximately 202 million for many months now and still today continues to be the same. When we change the float (or any other information) in our OTC Markets profile, the OTC markets actually have to verify this information before they post the changes.


Regarding a reverse split, we do not see a need to carry one out as the float is not too big and we believe that once we rid ourselves of the manipulation that is going on at the moment, the stock can trade normally to higher levels on its own. We truly believe that our company have the fundamentals to do so. Today, we would only contemplate a reverse split if we were trading at 40 or 50 cents and only on the basis that an up listing was on the table, otherwise it doesn’t make sense to do a reverse.
