I also wondered about the drone sweepstakes, and why no one questioned it when it was never awarded.

It was another bogus promotion to gather personal information about penny stock marks IMO. And to promote the good will of the company, much like the multiple statements regarding the "intent" to honor the legally bound obligations attached to the Class C stock of PVEC.

The alphabet seems to have won the drone sweepstakes. I wonder if they used the patent pending "Pro Dropper" system to deliver the Wells Notice(s)? And a six pack of Kool Aid.
