Don't expect ATVI to settle quickly folks. The reason the stock is at 6 cents is the market has learned about NPE's, it doesn't happen quickly and takes years

Quite true--Rainmaker---but when the settlement comes, the Plantiff is no longer stretched for cash---and all the other candidates for suit will pony up a lot faster---some with just a threat of suit---
