Definitely, a red flag when you can't get a response from sunbelt! My take is that the company committed to paying a dividend by end of December, so they are colluding via insider trickery to push the PPS down to the lowest common denominator to offset their obligation. The dividends will be doled out (hopefully) based on the value of the stock, so it is in their interest to see the PPS sink to almost no bid. Personally, I believe this will drop to .0005 before they hype and pump it up to begin another cycle of pump and dump in the new year. Steven
