What is there left to discuss?

The old shares got converted into Newco warrants.

The problems with discussing anything about the company after the reorganization are:

1: The NewCo common do not trade. Without a public market there is no way to buy or sell them.

2: The NewCo warrants do not trade. Without a public market there is no way to buy or sell them.

3: There is no financial information or reports being issued by the company and no idea when, or even if, the company will ever issue any financial statements. Without any financial reports of the reformed company, it is virtually impossible to determine if the stock or warrants have any value; in addition, neither can be bought or sold unless through a private transaction.

I think the reason most people have stopped posting is that there is really nothing left to discuss until such time as there is a public market for the stock and warrants, and financial reports are issued again by the company.
