Adds up to Dahl/Rice combo not getting the job done.

CEO sez .... "pending funding", "pending funding", "pending funding"

Who is responsible ? CEO/CFO/BoD.
Part of BoD is funding the company (Maggiore). Dahl and Rice are on board as condition of funding from Yaldoo. They have been seeking "funding" for in excess of a year and the result is ...... they have not secured the needed funding. So logic dictates the need to find someone who CAN get the job done. That said, Dahl tried Red Chip, CEOCast, been out there in the crowdfunding space. BUT ..... hasn't brought in the cash.

Any investor worth their salt would visit the SEC filings and websites, etc. Some basic kicking the tires ... and then more detailed dive if heightened interest. The filings are laughable. The website(s) sez zero. Company hasn't offered any news for almost a year. Would raise a bunch of questions in my mind ..... no doubt same questions from folks that don't follow the company.

I had expected to see an "event" recently ..... but ....as we all see .... still waiting .......
