I have lived with the family that runs
this business for the last three years.
The head of the company (John Threshie)
has a mother in-law
named Barbara Hellwig Rose, who together with his
wife run a boarding house in
Westport with nine people living in it.
Barbara is 83 and told me she has spent $40,000
on Tirex stock. Her and her daughter use pressure
on their renters to get bait investment money
for the stock. They do that by keeping all the
security deposits of the renters (that happened
in all three cases I checked) and by offering the
rooms at very low rent (eg $400 per month for
one of the tenant-Tirex investers named "John Knox")
thus creating a "well potential" where once
they have a living place cheaper than available
elsewhere, and with the definite loss of the deposits if
they are asked to leave, and with all the money traded
under the table (there are no leases),
the family can then manipulate them into
investing in Tirex, or use that money
(which is free to them) directly.

In the following two pasted TXMC posts
I do not know who these posters
were, but if they were boarders at the Tirex
house it would explain the reason they were
afraid to say who they were: they would
then loose their room:

URGENT!! In the beginning of the year I paid John Threshie $2500
for shares of Tirex stock and I've never received the shares.
I have tried to contact him to no avail.
Has this happened to any other investors?? What's the deal here??

i myself am a new investor in Tirex Corp,
I purchased stock from John Treshie.
To this day, i still have not received the shares.
I am in agreement with Capricorn 1964.
I understand why cap does not want to divulge information
in referance to the situation.
i believe where there is smoke there is fire !!!!!
'------

I myself am not a gambler and never would
invest money in stocks.
John Threshie already had $5000 dollars of
my money before anyone ever mentioned me
investing in Tirex. He had the money because
some lawyers had sent me letters saying I owed
them $140,000 and so I asked everyone I knew if
they could help me keep my inheritance safe
(when I was 18 lawyers stole all the money
I had saved up for college right out of
my bank account because my father owed taxes,
so I was familiar with how easy it is for lawyers
to cease money directly from any accounts).
John Threshie (who I had just met a week before, thru my landlord)
offered to drive me to New York where my bank was.
When we got there he told me to have the whole
inheritance wired directly to his account where
it would be safe. To do that he grabbed a pen and hand wrote a
letter for me to sign which said
"I totally trust John Threshie with my money, signed:".
I signed it assuming he would give the money to me
when we got back to Westport. The banker lady (Marilyn Hall)
which I had known since I was young refused to
wire him my full inheritance,
she told him "we can only wire you $5000 of it today".
For a week after I did not hear from him.
Some men I played chess with in town told me that
Threshie was known to steel money from people
and I would never see that money again.
The next week Threshie came to my room in
their house and said he had the money
and would like me to have the bank send the rest
of it. He had prepared an agreement letter
on company letterhead for me to sign
regarding the $5000 of mine that he had.
It stated that at "any time I choose
Tirex (his company) will gladly return your money to you"
Since I had no receipt of the fact that he had my $5000
at all, and after the warnings I had received that
my money would just be stolen, I signed the agreement
letter.
Even though the letter said that I could
have the money back at anytime, suggesting to
me that I would have the same guarantee if I
gave him the rest of the inheritance,
the warning from the townspeople made me
feel unsafe so I told him
"I have only known you a week,
that is too much money to trust such a
person with (even with an official signed
document, I thought). He never made a
request for the remaining inheritance again.

I told those town chess players that they
were wrong; Threshie had not stolen my
money and showed them the agreement he signed
on company letterhead stating that he promises
to return my money whenever I asked for it.
They told me "that agreement is not worth
the paper it's written on".
One of the chess players named "Bernie",
who knew Threshie's wife Deering Rose from high school,
was so troubled by the event that he called
her on her cell phone shortly after.
She came up to my room and showed me
the text he had sent to her phone.
It said "Why are you steeling money from
this innocent man... ".
Then she told me he was a rotten person,
and then left.

However, afterwords,
whenever I asked for the money
Threshie would say things like
"I can't give you $5000 I don't
have that much you know how poor I live,
if I had the money I would give it to you".
More recently he and wife Deering have been
sending emails stating that I am a gambling
stock trader and thus deserve to loose all
the money. And my landlord (his motherinlaw
Barbara) threatened me when she found out
I was asking Threshie to return the money.
She said "call him back right now,
use my phone, and tell him you change your
mind and want to keep your money in Tirex,
because I know from inside information that
there is a big deal right around the corner,
that Tirex is going to
complete by the end of this month (it was June 2014)
and we will all be rich and I will have a
beach party for all the stockholders
and our renters. I flatly refused and
asked him face to face in his car an hour
later for the $5000 (that's when he
gave that speech about being too poor).

I can post a jpg of the agreement
Threshie had me sign if someone
can explain how to attach them
to messages here. I see that there
is an "Image" button, but it just
types some letters "Image/" and does not
start an upload.

Below are two of the emails I
received from the Tirex family
that I thought best showed some
of the coercion the family uses:

Erik.

I am sorry but some of the statements you make are untrue.
John did not take your money you came to John and asked him
if you could invest your money.
You were originally thinking of investing the entire amount.
You actually asked me if you could invest the money with Tirex
and what I asked John.
I am truly sorry that you don't remember the details of exactly
what happened.
But I am really hurt at the fact that you would attack us now
about something that you came to us about and to say that John took your money
from you and took your signature.
You gave him the money.
He also said that once the stock rises,
which he did think would be much earlier than now,
you could get your money back.
Not if you decide you want your money back tomorrow- I'll give it back to you.
I don't understand this game your playing.
Your money that you I invested I to Tirex is safely in this public company
that is working towards a sale,
this sale and the growth of Tirex will not only give you your 5000 back
but having more $ to love on.
You and I talked about your funds for your future and your 45,
I've been helping you with getting more $ and helping you have more $ because
your fathers money won't last for ever.

Hi Erik,
Sorry it didn't work out at the Roses.
With respect to your share position with Tirex.
As a result of your inquiry to the State,
they did its due diligence with me and we seem to have satisfied its concerns.
As you know, however, Erik, its a challenge
and I would appreciate it if you would come to me
with your questions or concerns, anytime, thank you!
I totally appreciate and understand your frustration of not getting your stock.
This is a start up technology company, however,
not everything runs as smooth as an established entity.
Obviously, you could have bought it in the open market and then bought and sold it as you wish.
The private sale you did with me, however, helps me directly (cover operational expenses),
but unfortunately we're going through this period where we're stalled
with stock trades without our transfer agent.
This will change immediately when we close a TCS sale and you will get your shares.
I hope its a considerable consolation that its value will obviously be significantly higher
when you finally do get your shares!

We continue to pursue our goal of commercializing our technology.
And yes, we had hoped it would have happened by now!
The good news is, we are once again close to achieving our mission,
hence the recent surge in our stock.
Further, the banning of burning tires will lead to new technologies for recycling.

Hang in there with us and you will get your unrestricted shares along with everyone else as soon as we get to market.

All the best,
John
