Do some real deep due diligence on Ellins and his past -- tons of failed businesses that never appeared real.

All of the "Growblox" boxes are vaporware and will never be utilized in anybody's cultivation facilities.

They are building a run of the mill warehouse grow to cultivate shoddy product with crappy margins.

Owning 10% of 1 dispensary in a bare area of Las Vegas far away from the tourist population does not make a terrible business model any better.

Stay far away from this stock and be grateful if you haven't already lost it all.
