What is really frustrating is the fact that James makes sure TRTC's fins are filed on time, while putting off the fins for NRTI. Like I said before, he is spending all his time over at TRTC, where he is their CFO, while leaving NRTI in Kras's hands, even though he is the CEO. Michael James is nothing but a stupid con man who thinks he doesn't have to tell his shareholders anything. Obviously the SEC ignored all the complaints filed about him and NRTI over the Nulief fraud. That lil prick now thinks he can just walk away after completing some of the worst financing deals w/Sason to get his money back out of the company, knowing these financing deals would destroy the PPS. All his talk about honesty and integrity were just a smokescreen to cover up what he really is, a con man and the absolute worst CEO i have ever run across. What this company needs is a complete change in management. In the end, I hope James gets what he deserves, some jail time. Cheers!
