Definitely some interesting volume over the last week or so. Already close to 500k shares (not alot monetarily) but still relative to recent volume, stronger.

I'd love to see this really move hard on an MSJ denial, but not sure what my move would be at that point. I have no need for the cash immediately and saw what happened to VRNG on a win in district court - the stock moved to $6...So whether to hold for the trial or sell the pop and trade is going to be a hard call, as it will pop then question is will it fade or march slowly upwards to above its all time high as we approach the court date?

I am also not sure if ATVI is as stubborn as Google is when it comes to settlements. If they lose the MSJ and PTAB reviews, perhaps they will be smarter. I do think that would be the time to ensure you have stock.
